Skinny Margarita Perfection
Happy Labor Day friends! I wanted to share this amazing Agavero Orange Liqueur skinny margarita recipe with you guys because it’s just too good not to share!
After trying my first skinny margarita they quickly became my go-to drink. They are so light and refreshing and not full of all that sugar and syrup – that stuff is not for me! These skinny margaritas are perfect for sipping poolside with your pals or at your local fiesta with your loved ones. Whatever the occasion, these skinny margs will be a hit!
The Recipe
Something I love about skinny margaritas is how easy they are to make! Agavero Orange Liqueur is the perfect compliment to my usual skinny margarita as it adds one more citrus-y not to this refreshing cocktail. Agavero Orange Liqueur is a tequila infused liqueur that can be enjoyed in mixed drinks like today’s recipe or on the rocks. Not to mention the bottle is so pretty so I was thrilled to add it to my collection!
What You’ll Need
1.5 oz Gran Centenario Tequila Plata
.5 oz Agavero Orange Liqueur
Squeeze of an Orange
Juice of Half A Lime
4 oz Soda Water
1 tsp Agave
Salt for rim
Combine Gran Centenario tequila plata, Agavero Orange Liqueur, squeeze of orange, lime juice, agave, and ice into shaker. Shake for 30 seconds or until combined. Coat rim of glass in lime juice and dip into salt. Pour mixed drink into glasses over fresh ice. Add soda water and stir. Serve with a lime wheel.
Cheers!
