Now is one of those times of the year that we are starting to see a transition in the seasons. Summer is slowly fading into fall. And when I say slowly, I mean slowly. This is my first summer in the Bay Area, but from what I’m told the trend is to have a long summer where the heat lingers into September and maybe even October, depending on what part of the bay you are in. I’m having a hard time letting go of summer because I love the long nights, the light and casual attire, and the endless adventures I seem to have during summers. However, fall is also one of my favorite times of the year! If you haven’t noticed I have a slight obsession with boots, and fall is the PERFECT time to pair almost everything with boots ?! I also love fall because it is full of gorgeous natural colors that come straight from Mother Nature. It is also full of weather (hopefully rain) that just makes my heart explode with happiness. Those fall storms are the perfect time to cuddle up with a fuzzy blanket, light some candles, brew some tea, and dive into a good book! For me this is a hard scenario to beat so I am so excited about that part of fall! My boyfriend and I have also gone full force on the fall and Halloween decorations already! 🙂 There are goblins, witches, ghosts, owls, pumpkins and everything in between spread around our house currently. It’s fun to get into the festive spirit! Anywhere here is a look that represents a slight transition from summer into fall. For me personally it’s going to be a slow transition that will probably be full of mixing and matching seasons. Once Autumn has fully arrived I will do some posts on fall favorites and essentials! Enjoy!
