Here is a quick & easy, healthy smoothie I make for breakfast or a mid-day snack. It is perfect when you are feeling like having a lighter breakfast. It is also great to sip on during these hot summer days, or any other time of the year! It is filling, full of protein, and even has a secret ingredient to help burn a little extra fat off (cinnamon!) Cheers!
Ingredients:
Half a Banana
1-2 Tablespoons Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Handful Frozen Berries
1-2 Cups Milk of Choice ( I use Vanilla Almond Milk)
1 tsp Cinnamon
