How fun is this outfit?! I wore this faux fur/faux leather out this weekend and I absolutely loved how sassy it was. It’s always fun to wear out a fun and flirty look for date night or a night out on the town. This was perfect as it was functional and weather appropriate but also so fun and stylish! Fauxs Paired Up
Why not mix together faux fur and faux leather? I am all for mixing patterns, textures, styles etc. That’s why this look is right up my alley. The mix of textures creates a balanced look which is both girly and chic but also edgy and urban. I’ve been loving faux leather these days – it pairs so well with everything this season! From chunky knits, oversized graphic tees, and faux fur – you must get yourself some faux leather this season!
I’ve also been loving faux fur as it’s a perfect accent texture to most winter looks. Wether it’s something more shaggy and playful or classic and chic I’ve been adding in plenty of faux fur to my looks lately, and I don’t plan on stopping!
Pops of Color (White)
I’ve always enjoyed the ‘pops of color’ trick when it comes to accessorizing. For today’s look I went with pops of white – a go-to for me. White booties are a major must have this season so I’ve been throwing them on with everything. This pair is my latest obsession – I love their chunky heel and the black accent. I also added in these vintage looking white sunnies and a rhinestone studded hair clip for an old Hollywood vibe. These accents helped pull the chic and edgy look together and I love the way it came out!
