The Red Hot Set

When I first put on this amazing two piece red number from Go Jane I actually fell in love. It was like this set was made for me, it truly fits like a glove. I think it’s fashion destiny that our paths crossed 😉

For today’s look I’ve partnered up with Go Jane, which is one of my all time favorite brands. I have been shopping with Go Jane for years. Go Jane is a great place to shop because they have affordable options, they are always on trend, and they tend to break barriers and take risks with many of their items. I love pushing the envelope and trying new things with my wardrobe so Go Jane is a no-brainer for me.

The Look

Now, let’s talk about the look. What says you are feeling great and ready to have a good time more than a red hot two piece set? Nothing, that’s what. I believe Go Jane also carries this set in black and white, but I opted for the red because it’s much bolder and more fun. I have tons and tons of black in my closet and quite a bit of white also, I’ve been trying to add more color to my wardrobe as of late so this red set was a perfect way to do that. Plus, red is one of my favorite colors to wear. To me, it symbolizes confidence and attitude, perfect for when you’re feeling a little extra sassy and strong.

Where to Wear

I also thought this look was perfect for the holidays. This set would be great for a Christmas party, as red is one of the classic staple colors of Christmas. I also think it would be a great set to wear to a NYE party. I love a good girly dress on new years but if you’re feeling a little less traditional a two piece pant set is definitely a great option. For today’s look I decided to pair the set with this metallic silver motto style jacket to add a little edge and contrast of color. I also threw on this glamours crystal choker to dress up the look. A pair of cheetah print booties were a perfect accent to the bright red color.

This is just one way to style this set but there is tons of other things I think would pair with it fabulously. The faux fur leopard jacket I wore a few weeks back would be super fun and glamorous. I would also love to pair it with a white blazer for a chic conservative look. A pair of black heels and a thick black choker would be super sexy and perfect for a date night! The possibilities are basically endless. This set is really so much fun to wear and a total statement outfit, I love it.
