Today’s post features a fun little adult beverage I created with the help of a few fresh ingredients and Absolut Elyx Vodka. Pineapple Lemon Mint Spritzer

Ingredients

1.5 oz Absolut Elyx Vodka
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 squeezed lemon
3-5 muddled mint leaves
6 oz soda water
