
When you think of healthy drinks, water’s usually the first thing that comes to mind. But there are so many other drinks that you can get your daily health benefits from! And they’ll have a bit more flavor than your regular lemon water and help curb any sugar cravings. From matchas and coconut water to our favorite kombucha brands, Clayton and I wanted to share with you guys a list of what we drink on the daily!
If you guys have been watching our vlogs, you’ll know that we like to drink our nightly kombucha in wine glasses (or mason jars if we’re out on a walk). Kombucha’s packed with antioxidants, probiotics, and B vitamins. Which is amazing for digestion, gut health, reducing inflammation, and so many other health benefits. Some of our favorite brands are GT’s Kombucha (we love Mystic Mango, Guava Goddess, and Trilogy), Brew Dr. Kombucha (Love and Clear Mind are two of our favorite flavors!), and Humm Kombucha (Coconut Lime and Hopped Grapefruit are the best!).
Clayton and I also love coconut water! Especially Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. Coconut water has a good combo of electrolytes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Like potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and more. It’s also a good alternative to sports drinks like Gatorade (without the added sugars, artificial sweeteners, and food coloring)!
As for matchas, we love Chalait, Ippodo Tea Co., Jade Leaf Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha, and the Premium Ceremonial Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder from Matcha Organics. If you’re new to matcha, it’s a more concentrated version of green tea. Which means more caffeine and antioxidants! It helps protect the liver, boosts brain function, promotes heart health, and increases metabolism.
